Job Summary:
The resource would help the QSE team in getting the data completed from the Production and Non-production Sites in the KOSMOS tool as per timelines and schedules. This person will send out regular notifications to the teams for submission of data on time and as per timelines. Will also be working with the Units to ensure the hygiene of the data and ensuring timely entering of the data into KOSMOS.
Job Descriptions:
Review multiple excel sheets and connect them with the data on KOSMOS and highlighting to the respective TOM / QSE manager in case the plant has not reported data by the scheduled timelines
This person act as checkpoint in absence of system interlocks and alerts for incomplete submissions, missing data, inadequate plausibility comments, and skipped self-declarations.
Support to OU QSE Team for providing the relevant data for creating the monthly dashboards for each of the site.
Help facilities team to develop system & procedure for accurate & complete data reporting.
Help with conducting trainings to the facilities team for building awareness’s on the EPM data reporting.
Support global network team on KOSMOS to launch new campaigns in the facilities.
Support completion of watershed health plans with active replenish projects and bottler initiatives.
This role would ensure timely completion of following campaigns:
Environmental Data with focus on water usage and wastewater
Annual campaigns for water/wastewater quality
Audit Module (Supplier Guiding Principles, GAO, etc.)
Expansion of KOSMOS Metrics beyond Facility-level (e.g., WWW)
Expansion of KOSMOS Metrics to include Sustainability data beyond facility level, including direct input from Suppliers (GHG, water use)
Annual replenish reporting for all sites.
Pay Details: 34.09 to 41.67 per hour
