- Key point of contact for Luxottica’s After Sales Packaging Material
- Ensure inventory accuracy in packaging inventory management system (Canvas)
- Place packaging material orders in a timely manner to meet demand
- Receive and put away material in a timely manner
- Provide accurate and organized email communication to stakeholders
- Communicate with the After Sales leadership on status, results and issues
- Flexible to support the business needs; trouble shoot and resolve issues
- Streamline work flow and identifies improvement opportunities
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months experience in a distribution center environment
- Excellent communication skills and organization
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under deadline request
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated
- Excellent mathematical aptitude
- Ability to multi-task and flex between roles
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Basic knowledge of Access
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or industry equivalent
- Customer Experience
