Job Title:Data Entry Clerk

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

Maintain daily contact with key client contacts and perform Data Entry / order processing within specified system.

Document and report on status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls.

This is a Data Entry position.

Resource must have Salesforce experience but would also like to have someone with SAP as well.

This resource will be creating tickets and assigning them to the CSM's.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Data Entry: 2 years (Preferred)
• SAP (order entry): 2 years (Preferred)
• Salesforce (order entry): 1 year (Preferred)
