We are professional family run Non Profit that makes wearable iD for people with communication issues such as Autism, Down Syndrome, Dementia. Our hours and days of work are flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist customers that speak English or Spanish
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
