SalaryPremiere PR Showroom is looking for a Vice President to join their LA team! Agency caters to fashion industry professionals - experience within fashion or entertainment is preferred!
Vice President Responsibilites:
- Responsible for business function and daily operations
- Create and see through expansion of company by growth of clients and revenue
- Troubleshoot unforeseen issues for all business, employees and clients
- Lead a team of staff members, including directors, managers and assistants
- Head of sourcing and securing new international and domestic business including negotiating retainers and finalizing contracts
- Work closely with accounting team to oversee invoicing and collections
- Responsible for employee recruitment, interviewing, training and termination
- Main account manager of over 35+ accounts, including couture, RTW, fine and costume
- Developing and executing PR and marketing strategies for current clients and new business
- Conceptualize, celebrity and media strategies for current and potential clients
- Analyze new and existing clients, restructure roadmaps to success for both small and large operations
- Securing talent for brand campaigns and celebrity endorsements
- Conceptualize, execute, budget and oversee A-list celebrity custom opportunities
- Direct communication with all A- list stylists, agents, editors and celebrities
- Manage event planning, execution, budgets and wraps
- Oversee website, branding and social media accounts
- Conceive, execute and budget social media activation and digital media campaigns
- Implement celebrity, tastemakers and influencer seeding
- Oversee all celebrity showroom pulls and approvals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or business management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of showroom daily roles and operations
- Knowledge in fashion, pop culture and the entertainment industry
- Strong computer & social media skills; Adobe a plus
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus in fast-paced environment
- Strong time and budget management skills
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Strong relationships with industry professionals
- Team player, enthusiastic, positive and mentor attitude
- Strong organizational and multi-tasker skills
- Extraordinary detail-oriented skills
- Quick critical thinker and problem solver
- Proficiency in Mac, Microsoft office, Google suite and Dropbox
Salary - $150,000 (Commensurate on Experience)
