Position: Data Entry Clerk / Customer Representative

About the Role: As a Data Entry Clerk / Customer Representative at Ideaboxpro, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position offers a unique blend of administrative and customer service responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, verify, and manage data using our systems.
• Interact with clients and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Conduct routine data quality checks and maintenance.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional Data Entry or customer service certifications are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Data Entry software.
• Organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
