As a Data Entry Clerk at Elevation Academy, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and organizing various types of information into our database. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting data accurately and efficiently into our database systems.
- Updating and maintaining existing databases by entering new and updated information.
- Assisting with data cleanup and maintenance projects as needed.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Following Data Entry procedures and protocols to maintain data security and confidentiality.
- Providing support to other departments by retrieving and compiling data as requested.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of Data Entry processes and best practices.
- Contributing to ongoing efforts to improve data quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in typing and Data Entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using computer applications and database systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
