As a member of the GreatLIFE F&B Team, the Clubhouse/Beverage Cart Attendant reports directly to the F&B Manager. This position will provide food and beverages to our members and guests. The position will promote an exceptional "golf experience," and provide excellent customer service. Applicant must be 18 years old or older.
Supervised By: F&B Manager and/or GM/Head Golf Professional

Clubhouse Area
- Ensure that all guests are greeted in a professional and courteous manner.
- Promote the facility programs, events and image to the customers of the facility at all times.
- Provide welcoming first contact with each customer or groups of customers and ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
- Keep work area neat and clean at all times.
- Present a professional and business-like demeanor at all times.
- Ensure that all items and displays are kept at par stock inventory levels at all times and that the appearance of the displays meets or exceeds GreatLIFE standards.
- Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of Snack Bar areas and service equipment.
- Food preparation and portioning prior to service.
- Provide a neat and clean environment for guests at all times (bathrooms & seating areas).
Beverage Cart
- Operate and maintain the Beverage Cart vehicle in a safe manner.
- Move around the course in reverse order, hole 18 back to hole 1 on Beverage Cart.
- Clean out and spray down Beverage Cart vehicle at the end of each shift.
- Assist in keeping the course and areas around the clubhouse clean.
- Be prepared for inclement weather (jacket, rain gear, etc.).
- Record all sales for inventory purposes.
Job will include Beverage Cart duties, cooking, and tending bar. Must be 18 years old and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
