SalaryJob Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data. Duties: - Enter data from various sources into our database systems - Perform data verification and validation to ensure accuracy - Maintain and update records as needed - Assist with data collection and analysis - Generate reports and summaries based on collected data - Conduct regular quality checks to identify and resolve any data discrepancies - File and organize documents as necessary Requirements: - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other administrative software - Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Familiarity with order entry processes is a plus - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience with pivot tables is preferred but not required - Previous experience in Data Entry or related field is a plus At our company, we value accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
