Job Type: Full Time (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM)

Pay Rate: 18.00-20.00 (Based on Experience)

This position is responsible for providing support to the Purchasing Manager/Inventory Specialist including daily entry of transaction data reports, miscellaneous issues, returns, inventory adjustments and occasionally inventory counts.  Must be resourceful, detailed-oriented, and self-motivated to help support in various areas.

• Assisting with vendor counts daily
• Maintain the transaction data report for LaGrange and North Carolina Warehouse
• Inventory adjustments
• Maintaining confidential purchasing/sales information
• Preparing purchase orders in Sage
• Maintain weekly returns and kit assembly count

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to count
• Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Work in an office environment
• Computer experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• 1 year experience with Sage- not required but preferred
