  • Requirements gathering on design specification and documenting technical specifications for development.
  • Perform Application Effectiveness analysis and discuss outcomes along with cloud native solution approach for implementation by team.
  • Evaluate client goals on System Enhancements, Sunset Applications, Redesign Approach, and New Application.
  • Work across Data Engineering Service Delivery Lifecycle and maintain applications to defined SLAs.
  • Client relationship and stakeholder management.
  • Adhere to strategic direction set by Account team senior management.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
What you need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years), or an associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in design, build & deliver data extract, data transform and data load (Data ETL/ELT) solutions (Informatica Power Center, IICS/IDMC, Alteryx), RDBMS (SQL, PL/SQL, IBM DB2) and Semi Structured Data Processing (XML, JSON)
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in utilizing Programming Languages and scripting such as Unix/Linux Shell Scripting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Hands-On Experience on Cloud Services & their Integrations related to ETL, Data Migration & Data Warehousing (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Snowflake, RedShift, Azure Data Lake, AWS S3)
  • Minimum of 3 years of Hands-On Experience in Business Intelligence tools to build Reports and Dashboards for various analytical and decision-making requirements of business (Tableau, SAP Business Objects, Power BI)
  • Minimum of 3 years of Experience in building the Data integrations through varied interfaces utilizing APIs (REST, SOAP).
  • Minimum of 5 years of working across Data Engineering Service Delivery Lifecycle and maintaining applications to defined SLAs.
  • Minimum of 5 years Utilizing Agile Delivery Methodologies translating business and functional requirements into technical designs.
  • Minimum of 5 years Managing Data Engineering projects, including providing solutions for complex requirements on Data Migration, Modernization, Extraction, DWH, and Consolidation
  • Minimum of 5 years Managing and driving key architectural design decisions and developing large scale solutions across multiple data sources.
  • Minimum of 5 years Identifying areas of innovation to create Accelerators or Assets to reduce process and performance overheads.
  • Minimum of 5 years Service Delivery Lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with any cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in large scale data migration experience is a plus.
  • Ability to optimize databases and queries.
  • Perform schema analysis, data element design, reporting analysis background.
  • Deep understanding of data flow in finance domain data schemas and corresponding Interfaces.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
