Beam Living’s Internship Program is a 10-week immersive program where you will not only learn and grow in your respective field, but also have the opportunity to be mentored by one of our awesome teammates and participate in a weekly leadership development seminar.
The program will begin on Monday, June 3, 2024, and end on Friday, August 9, 2024.

What you will do:
- Create and maintain financial reports and models to provide insight into asset and portfolio level performance.
- Ad-Hoc reporting for the Organization, Ownership and Investors; projects will be based on a wide-range of operational and financial data.
- Collect and maintain a database of market and property level research information through various online sources.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of presented data, analytical explanations, and conclusions.
- Produce analytical support across the organization, analyze a wide range of operational and financial data, both internal and external.
- Participate in a weekly leadership development program designed to develop talent by elevating the next generation of leaders through education, collaboration, and exposure to how each element of the organization functions.
- Meet with an assigned mentor on a bi-weekly basis to discuss job performance and future career goals.
- Give a final presentation at the end of the program to convey what you learned throughout the program.
What you should have:
- Rising College Senior currently completing a degree in the Financial Analysis/Analytics/STEM or a related field.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent writing / communication skills; ability to influence and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to produce top quality deliverables, taking full responsibility and ownership; demonstrate proven track record of delivering results in a timely manner.
- Drive for continuous improvement and ability to change; a desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
- Critical thinker who understands the big picture; ability to think outside the box to come up with creative solutions.
- Strong Excel, modeling skills required; data visualization / programming a strong plus (Tableau/Power BI, SQL, VBA, R).

Base Salary: $20.00 Per Hour
You will have the ability to receive college credit upon successful completion of program.
