Job Description
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Working closely with other team members and stakeholders to understand their analytical needs including identifying and measuring KPIs and providing actionable insights
- Analyzing data to find answers to questions from stakeholders with a keen eye for what will drive top-level marketing performance
- Creating and maintaining reporting dashboards that pull marketing data from a variety of sources, making the information easily digestible to the broader Digital Team
- Performing frequent quality assurance checks on all data pipelines to ensure consistent accuracy of all infrastructure associated with RNC Digital Data
Qualifications:
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- 1-3 years of experience working with digital data
- Proficiency in Tableau, Datorama and other BI tools
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
- Strong SQL and excel skills with a desire to learn other analytical tools
- Working knowledge of various ESPs
- Python, HTML, Java and CSS skills are not required but a plus
