Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in Tableau, Excel, and Business Central. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets, and presenting findings in the form of reports and Tableau visualizations. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This individual will successfully complete a data analysis task during on-site interview.

Responsibilities:

· Collect, process, and analyze large datasets using Tableau, Excel, and Microsoft Business Central.

· Develop and maintain reports and visualizations to support business decision-making.

· Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.

· Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analyst, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in data analysis.

· Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, and Microsoft SQL.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent communication and people skills.

Requirements:

· Knowledge and experience with Tableau data visualization tool is required.

· Experience with technical integration and mapping with APIs.

· Proficiency with programming tools for data extraction and transformation (Azure SQL, Python) is preferred.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· Experience establishing and maintaining system documentation and training materials.

· Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and to present findings in a polished way.
