Position: Data Analyst - In Person
Location: Bryn Mawr, PA
Position Summary:
At ESF, our Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data and performance metrics to inform campaign strategy and optimize results. The Data Analyst is also responsible for strategizing cross-channel marketing campaigns for ESF Camps. This includes using email, text, social media, and other channels to reach target audiences and track engagement and conversions. This role will report to the Director of Technology and work closely with the marketing team and customer engagement team to support the overall marketing efforts of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and track cross-channel marketing campaigns, including email, text, social media, and other channels.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to inform campaign strategy and optimize results
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support the overall marketing efforts of the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in marketing and data analysis.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation, HubSpot, Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheet and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to problem solve, work independently and as part of a team.
