We are looking for a creative and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow. As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you'll collaborate with our Business Central team, gaining hands-on experience with our systems and processes. As you develop proficiency, you'll transition into creating training content focused on Business Central processes, analyzing data, and building visual dashboards to enhance our operational efficiency. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is our ERP platform. It unifies various aspects of our business operations, including finance, operations, sales, and customer service. As our ERP tool, Business Central plays a crucial role in managing critical processes, streamlining workflows, and providing real-time insights.

- Business Central Support:
- Work closely with the Business Central team to address user inquiries and troubleshoot system-related issues.
- Learn how to use Business Central and effectively handle user errors.
- Training Content Creation:
- Once proficient, create clear and concise written technical documents and short video instructions.
- Explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Analyze data for accuracy, clarity, and integrity.
- Develop visual dashboards to provide insights to our Operations team.
- Create dashboards for Revenue projections.
Requirements
Education:
- Associates degree in business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent business experience).
Experience:
- 2 - 5 years of experience working with a manufacturing company.
- Familiarity with Windows computers and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in creating technical documents is a plus.
Skills:
- Basic statistical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Power BI knowledge is highly desirable.
