Role Overview:

The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing company data, including membership information, tanning types, member tendencies, and product data. By generating insights and suggestions, you will directly contribute to the strategic decisions that drive our growth. This position offers the unique opportunity to work closely with both our Development Team and Marketing department, providing a holistic view of our operations and a direct path to influencing our success.

• Salary Range: $72,500 - $77,500

Responsibilities:

• Ability to write and run SQL queries
• Conduct thorough analyses of complex data sets, including but not limited to membership data, tanning service utilization, product performance, and customer behavior trends.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Development Team and Marketing department to implement data-driven strategies.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and ethical considerations in handling and analyzing data is increasingly important, especially for companies dealing with sensitive or personal information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
