The Data Analyst is responsible for executing the design and development of enterprise reporting for CONMED Healthcare Solutions (HCS). The span of responsibilities include reporting related to opportunity assessment, contract implementation, contract performance, and customer success. The role includes interfacing with appropriate Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and IT across CONMED business units, support of CONMED Business Unit initiatives, HCS Assessment, and BU Implementation teams as necessary, and assisting CONMED commercial sales reporting efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide reporting for HCS and supported BU initiatives.
- Develop and maintain scorecards, dashboards, and SQL reporting solutions in support of related projects.
- Manage the operations of the HCS Enterprise Reporting platform and other hardware/software resources to ensure operational excellence.
- Advise, consult, and collaborate with business users, developers, and management from all Business Units in the creation of reporting and visualizations to support business insight and decision-making.
- Promote and evangelize the use of reporting and visualization tools throughout the company via workshops and individual assistance.
- Advise management and technical staff on specifications of emerging requirements related to the area of enterprise reporting.
- Develop and maintain thorough system documentation and training materials related to software and hardware used for reporting.
- Collaborate with internal analysts and developers on the efficient use of reporting and other visualization tools, and how those technologies can be applied to effective enterprise reporting applications.
The Data Analyst under the guidance of HCS leadership, will provide data stewardship across multiple business units and all appropriate supporting business functions in alignment with HCS and Corporate Contracts operational functions.
Overall, this role supports commercial reporting processes including sales reporting, customer success, operational support, opportunity assessment, and contract performance. The role is responsible for aligning the appropriate Business Unit resources, oversight of enterprise reporting development, creation of customer analytics, and reporting of success metrics tied to contract implementation and implemented value.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience within Enterprise Reporting, Business Intelligence, and/or Data Visualization.
- 1+ years with SQL
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel. Expertise with other data visualization/reporting platforms is a plus.
- The ability to be knowledgeable on capabilities within data visualization and information management systems as well as internal applications
- Experience with the healthcare supply chain
0-20% travel.

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is 58,460 to 85,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
