Data Analyst 3

Summary:
This role will lead a variety of analytics initiatives for Client’s eCommerce ePromoter team to help enhance customer experience, reduce contacts and drive revenue growth. This is a critical role and will have constant communication and visibility to senior leadership. Most importantly, this role is an integral part of a fast-paced collaborative team and the Data PM should possess an innate entrepreneurial spirit to explore the uncharted!
Responsibilities:

• Execute deep dive analysis to answer key business questions related to the Client’s eCommerce platform.
• Leverage data to understand trends and future opportunities to reduce customer contacts, improve CX and increase eCommerce revenue growth. Leverage predictive modeling techniques in the process.
• Proactively work with business units and teams to understand and translate data-driven initiatives and potential ideas. Synthesize ideas and suggestions from stakeholders and users to determine what to build based on business priorities, strategy and vision.
• Build and maintain new reports, or enhancements to existing reports for ePromoter team.
• Design and support building new data pipelines (or enhancements to existing data pipelines) by partnering with engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any data issues for ePromoter team

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Data Product Management roles
• 5+ years of experience in data manipulation using Advanced SQL
• Experience in an eCommerce and/or Customer Service domains
• Strong problem solving ability along with proven experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a rigid determination to meet deadlines

Traits/Behaviors/Abilities for Success

• ADVANCED WORKING SQL, DATA ANALYSIS SKILLS and a BI tool like Tableau ARE MUST HAVE – should have experience writing SQL queries from scratch and provide meaningful insights from the data.
• Ability to research and contribute (from an analyst perspective) on API development and database design.
• Succinct/proactive/confident communication data-driven insights (translating data into “business speak”) to all levels of the business stakeholders from operational to executive

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
