SalaryCV BBQ is looking to hire a WOOD FIRE GRILLER/ Kitchen Prep AND Dishwasher. Must be able to work the following days
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8;30am-2:30pm
Friday & Sat 10am-6:30pm
Responsibilities:Practice proper food handling and knife safety skills. Set up, operate and clean all kitchen machinery/equipment. Grill meats on a Santa Maria WOOD FIRE GRILL.
Previous experience cooking over wood is a plus. You must be willing to work every event at the arena. The dates are already set. We will train you on grilling of meat. Work in a fast paced environment, must be able to lift at least 30 lbs, must have current food handlers card. Work well with others and take direction.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
