**Kitchen Prep (Rancho Cucamonga)
compensation: $19.00~$19.50 (BOE)

6:50 AM - 2:15 PM, Tuesday through Thursday - **Mondays and Fridays are off
Job Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of kitchen experience in high volume restaurant environments is preferred.
2. Food Handler Certification.
Responsibilities:
1. Ability to prepare ingredients for FOH and BOH.
2. Ability to make special salads, wraps, sandwiches, and etc in the back of the house for catering orders.
3. Ability to perform multiple tasks during busy hours.
4. Ability to maintain standards for product quality and service.
5. Ability to *help front house stations (Deli & Grill) where volume is focused.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
