Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Fuel Quality Services. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This position requires individuals who are highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Goldmine or any similar CRM platform.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about our fuel additive products, including usage instructions, benefits, and troubleshooting guidance.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed assistance to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Goldmine or similar platforms.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer concerns.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Knowledge of the fuel industry or related technical expertise is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
