Overview
Salary Range: $20-$25/hr
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with automotive, motorcycle, watercraft, and ATV electrical and lighting installations, primarily motorcycle lighting. This position will also maintain a knowledgebase and help customers on the phone and email.
Responsibilities and Duties
– Provide Tech Support with technical questions on our support que through phone and email
– Empathetically perform customer support through listening, diagnosing, and repairing their devices
– Review/Updating of technical documentation related to installation, fitment, knowledgebase, etc.

Requirements
– High School diploma or equivalent
– Technical training, associate degree, or 3+ years of experience in automotive or motorcycle industry
– Microsoft Office experience
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
