We seek a highly enthusiastic customer-oriented individual to join Team Grow as a Customer Specialist. As a Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our community of gardening customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via Fresh Desk, phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and provide assistance
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
