Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Provide both proactive and reactive updates via call, text, and email to Residents and Homeowners regarding any active Pro Service requests
- Pro Service/WO Management:
- Monitor communication with 3rd party providers and reply to RFIs (requests for information)
- Write and communicate proposals to homeowners and residents to get approval to proceed
- Escalate work orders as needed and help manage complex repairs end-to-end
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiencies that will both improve community member experience and cost savings. This will include helping to develop robust troubleshooting frameworks, adding and improving frequently used macros, and building feedback loops between vendors, community members and Belong.
- Vendor and Partner Relations: Build and maintain robust relationships with our third-party service providers, ensuring quality service and timely execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, home improvement, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment with broader company objectives and optimize workflows. Partner with product to reduce the number of human touches required to manage Pro Service tickets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with homeowners and residents via phone, text and email, as well as with cross-functional teams, vendors and other external stakeholders
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in either customer facing roles or roles requiring vendor management
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Google sheets and learning to use new software including project management and customer service tools
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in real estate, property management, or residential construction or hospitality is highly advantageous but not required.
