- Provide high-quality delivery of project management to enterprise customers from presale order to delivery to completion of project/post-sale.
- Generate pricing quotes to outside sales team and/or customer requests providing enhance product knowledge and service offerings in a timely manner.
- Ensure DPG Platform (online portal) and services meet the established standards set by the company and provide educational opportunities to customers in support or promotion of the platform.
- Build strategic relationships with assigned customer groups, managing multiple orders and/or projects anticipating potential problems/issues that may arise and providing effective resolution and high level of communication with the customer.
- Lead customer calls to review project status and communicate to cross functional internal stakeholders, as needed.
- Leverage tools and technology to support social strategies enhancing brand awareness and as well as leverage all things digital as part of our digital first strategy.
- Produce and analyze sales/activity reports to promote growth and strengthen outside sales partnerships.
- Manage project budget through specification tools/Excel, including change orders and communicate to internal and external parties accordingly.
- Coordinate/collaborate on details regarding delivery scheduling and installation.
- Bachelor s Degree (B.A) from an accredited four-year college or university school in Marketing or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in contract furniture industry required; 5 years of experience is preferred.
- Experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners is required. Outstanding communication skills, across multiple modes, that adapt to ever-changing requirements including operating under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations is required.
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Project Management certification is preferred.
- Expertise and or the ability to master a multitude of software systems including, but not limited to MS Office, G Suite, Salesforce, Shopify, and other eCommerce order management (OMS) tools is preferred.
- Designated workspace in a private setting to ensure company/customer confidentiality and free of distractions is required.
- Office equipment will be provided by the company as indicated for the role.
