Job description:
TennCare provides our workforce with a hybrid work environment. All positions have a combination of work from home and work in the office, which varies by position, department, and business need. Applicants may review the specific expectations during the review process. Training is extensive, up to 6 wks. prescheduled, virtual / in-office (by supervisor request), must attend every day to build proficiency.
Ideal applicants should meet the below requirements:
- Degree Required
- Paralegal studies/ Legal experience a plus!
- Customer Service experience (Call Center experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including building / updating / maintaining spreadsheets / documents, and utilizing Outlook for communications
- Ability to work efficiently / effectively in multiple data bases to extract information
- Timely management of casework, including proper documentation and case resolution
- Ability to research / review case information and document findings accurately
- Professional outreach to internal / external customers (always remaining professional)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to send clear, concise emails, to include responding timely
- Agility to professionally pivot work demands / tasks to support business unit
- Organization and attention to detail
- Utilize good time management, note-taking, email organization and distribution skills
- Efficiently and effectively process and index documents
- Attend workgroup meetings and participate in discussions
- Maintain confidentiality and security of documents
- Assist leadership team as necessary

Salary: $21.00 per hour
