Right Hand Rhino is the fastest growing commercial exterior cleaning company based out of Nashville, TN. We currently offer window cleaning, pressure washing and high-dusting services for customers throughout Middle TN, with offices inChattanooga TN and Huntsville AL.

Our team is currently looking for an administrative assistant to support us with:

  • Customer service
  • Invoice Management
  • Sales
  • Scheduling

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones
  • Helping customers with invoice issues
  • Outbound Calling
  • Updating Account Information
  • Managing company emails
  • Supporting the Production Manager, Sales Manager and CEO with various administrative tasks

Requirements to apply:

  • Must have availability from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
  • Must have a reliable computer (laptops are required)
  • Must have experience working in project management related platforms (ie ClickUP, Asana, Basecamp etc)
  • Must have at least 2 yrs experience working in an administrative position/ role

PLEASE NOTE - this position is 50% remote and 50% in-office. Candidate MUST have the ability to attend meetings in person as required by their supervisor.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is reliable, highly organized, has great follow-through and communication skills, and can be flexible/multitask.

There is an opportunity for growth and the potential to support additional leaders depending on how this engagement goes.

Starting pay is $16 per hr with the ability to earn weekly bonuses, commissions and participate in company incentive programs.
