American Magnetics is currently seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, answering phone calls and emails from customers all over the world and documenting those calls and problems in the appropriate places. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and prioritize work load. Candidate will be organized, detail oriented as well as possess excellent verbal and written skills. This position will work closely with the Sales Team to make sure all customers receive the highest level of support.
An Associate’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent electronics work experience is preferred but not mandatory. Military equivalent will also be accepted.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
