Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless processing of orders and delivering exceptional support to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include organizing, reviewing, and processing orders with precision and accuracy. As the main point of contact for customer inquiries, you will provide timely and effective support, addressing both technical and non-technical issues. Strong communication skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in facilitating customer relationships with RepScrubs. By promptly resolving customer inquiries and contributing to the overall success of our customer service efforts, you will help enhance the customer experience and drive satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize, review, and process orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Interact with appropriate staff to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing information related to orders.
- Verify orders entered against source documents, making necessary corrections as needed.
- Maintain organized records of completed work and follow established guidelines for handling source documents and files.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from staff members regarding orders entered or source documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing both technical and non-technical issues.
- Facilitate customer relationships through excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Provide guidance and real-time resolution on a wide range of customer issues, including product inquiries, vendor management, data retrieval and training, new member registration, and portal access.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as required.
- Troubleshoot compliance issues as needed.
- Schedule and conduct virtual trainings for customers.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with managing accounts in a CRM, Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Logistics experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and support multiple departments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Expected Call and Email Volumes:
- Average of 50 inbound calls per day.
- Manage multiple inboxes in Outlook.
- Average of 30 incoming emails per day.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Frequent sitting.
- Frequently utilizes visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.
- Occasional lifting of items under 20 pounds.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.01 per hour
