Job Description:
The Scheduler will oversee the delivery of projects and programs from a schedule management
perspective. This will entail identifying the key business issues through monitoring of the plan of work. This role is also responsible for analyzing contractor schedules that are incorporated into the program-level schedule and, when applicable, informing the Project
team of issues as it relate to the contractor’s schedule submittal.
The engagement term is (12) twelve months, with the option to extend.
It is expected that this engagement may ramp up over time, but at the commencement of the engagement, at least 1 full-time Lead scheduler to commence work will be required.
Most of this work may be conducted remotely, with an expectation that the consultant(s) shall be present at the NYPA White Plains Headquarters as needed and directed by the Project team(s) or Project and Program Controls.
The consultant shall provide a monthly report to NYPA Project and Program Controls that details the work performed for the engagement and key issues the consultant would like to note for P&PC. This report will include all timesheets for individuals working as part of this engagement. Invoices shall be submitted with this report and shall serve as a basis for payment.
