We are looking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator (CDPAP) for our office location in Brooklyn, NY.

Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:
- Must speak Russian;
- Must have at least 1 year of experience IN HOME HEALTH CARE Coordination;
- Proficient in MS Office and computer competence a must
- Must have prior experience in HHA Exchange;
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills a must
- Accountable, self-motivated and organized team player
- Ability to maintain confidentiality important
Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the assigned patient caseload
- Staff new cases accepted by the Agency on a daily basis
- Address patient requests and aide inquiries
- Resolve issues and concerns related to provision of patient services
- Monitor daily clock in and out time attendance during aides' work shifts
- Perform communication with contracted health plans regarding the assigned patients
- Perform on-call after business hours/ over the weekend and maintain complete on-call log
- Maintain accurate and complete patient record in the agency's internal system
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the supervisory staff
- Participate in handling other priority work-related projects as assigned by Administrator
