Maintains secure, orderly, and organised records and files. Ensures accuracy of information, identifies, reviews, and reports inaccuracies to the manager
Conducts timely follow-up on open service orders and responds accordingly to time-sensitive matters
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum one 3-5 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Excellent telephone etiquette
