Customer Service Representative:
Monday – Friday
8AM – 4PM
- Amend, review, and collect data on clients in line with established policies and procedures
- Review and update information in customer relationship management for new clients or changes to existing clients
- Use skills to provide education on our services and platform the clients
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Market deals and services through continuous education and interaction with clients
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Experience with edible/ingestible products preferred but not necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid Driver's License, and have a reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
