A leading wholesaler of natural stones like granite and marble is adding a Customer Service member to their team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with a company with over 20 distribution centers in the U.S.
As part of the team, you'll develop relationships with their customers through providing price quotes, checking material availability, and entering orders. They have a laid-back office environment and there are learning opportunities to develop your administrative and Customer Service skills.
They offer great starting pay and opportunities for overtime to earn a larger paycheck and benefits upon permanent hire.
Customer Service Job Duties:
- Answer multi-line phones
- Take orders and input into the computer system
- Verify product availability
- Schedule orders for delivery
- Provide Customer Service in person and via phone
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
*Must be available to work overtime 1-2 Saturdays a month from 9am-1pm
Pay: $23/hr
Customer Service Job Requirements:
- 1 year of front desk, will-call, or call center experience
- 1 year of experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
