Job Description
The Role:
As a Call Center Dispatcher for Washington Alarm, you will be tasked with:
- Notifying customers and local authorities of alarms at remote locations
- Routing incoming calls to various internal and external departments
- Reading and analyzing Call Center reports
- Assisting customers and technicians in troubleshooting alarm systems
Minimum Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Deliver information in a calm and informative manner
- Call center experience is a plus
- Weekend availability
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pass Pre-employment background check and Drug Screen
- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products
