Role Description

This is a hybrid full-time Customer Service Representative role located in Wheaton, IL, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing customer support, satisfaction, and experience through phone and email communication. The Customer Service Specialist will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, resolving customer issues. Additionally, the Specialist will assist the Paint/Construction Superintendent with scheduling, customer communication, material acquisition for the production teams & provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

· Strong written, verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task

· Intermediate or above computer knowledge in Microsoft, Excel & Access

· Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude

· At least 2 year of previous Customer Service experience

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Associates degree is a plus

· Bilingual English/Spanish required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
