Position: New Patient Center Specialist (aka Smile Ambassador!)
Calling all champions of cheerfulness and guardians of giggles! As a Smile Ambassador, your mission is clear: spread joy, warmth, and excitement to every new patient and their family. Get ready to unleash your superpowers of kindness and create unforgettable moments in the journey to healthy smiles!
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome our new superhero recruits with boundless enthusiasm and a sprinkle of magic!
- Use your super listening skills to gather important patient information while showering them with reassurance and comfort.
- Customize each interaction to cater to the unique needs and preferences of our superhero families.
- Schedule appointments like a pro, ensuring every superhero gets their time in the spotlight!
- Shower our referral sources and New Patients with gratitude and appreciation.
- Keep track of your superhero stats and use your insights to help us level up our dental game!
Qualifications:
- A heart as big as a superhero's cape and communication skills that could rival a comic book hero's!
- Ability to turn frowns upside down with your supercharged empathy and kindness.
- Attention to detail sharper than Spider-Man's spider sense (without the spider bites, of course!).
- Flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing adventures of pediatric dentistry.
- Team spirit that would make the Avengers jealous!
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (but don't worry, no coding required!).
Working Hours:
- Monday to Wednesday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (with a lunch break that's longer than a giraffe's neck!).
- Thursday: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm (because even superheroes need a little early release sometimes!).
- Friday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (a shorter day to kickstart your weekend adventures!).
