Position: Customer Service Representative / Payment Specialist
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Salary: $18/hr
Previous experience in roofing or insurance industry is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners to facilitate timely payments
- Keep track of overdue payments and follow up accordingly
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by multitasking effectively
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by promptly answering calls and addressing inquiries
- Call insurance companies to follow up on scope of works
- Send documents to homeowners via docusign
