BECOMING OUR CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
As a Customer Care Specialist, your typical work schedule will be full-time, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 4:30 PM, with flexibility for extended hours, nights, or weekends when needed.
Picture this: Your day starts by answering customer calls and booking jobs, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll perform follow-up calls, initiate outbound calls for appointment reminders, and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members. Your attention to detail will shine as you maintain accurate customer information in the database. By handling administrative duties efficiently, you'll contribute to the overall operation's success. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be crucial in resolving conflicts and addressing inquiries promptly!
All that you need to truly excel as our Customer Care Specialist is the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong ability to communicate clearly in a positive, nurturing manner
- Basic computer skills
- Geographical knowledge of the service area and/or map reading skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment
Having customer service experience is preferred but not required!
