BroadStreet publishes The Passion Translation Bible and supplemental Bible study materials, biographies, Christian living nonfiction, devotionals, and fiction; journals, devotionals, gift books, and planners under its Belle City Gifts imprint; and children’s books under its BroadStreet Kids imprint.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Specialist will be highly detailed, organized, communicative, and take initiative in this role. The desired candidate will also possess knowledge of basic Customer Service skills, such as, proper phone and email etiquette and conflict resolution. Candidate will have at least three years of experience in Customer Service role.
Responsibilities
· Provide support to customers and company CEO
· Order management for customers and authors
· Updating product back orders and cancellations
· Respond to customer queries
· Onboard new customers
· Answer phone calls from customers and the general public
· Assist sales reps with queries
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
· 3 years Customer Service experience
· Highly organized
· Flexible with nuanced work
· High attention to detail
· Self-motivated
· Proficient in MS Office
· Be able to prioritize tasks
· English as a first language in speaking and writing. Helpful to have an understanding or fluent in Spanish
· High school diploma. Associate’s Degree preferred.
