Our Ideal Candidate
- Act as primary point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat fielding questions, thinking outside of the box, resolving problems and selling products and services
- Place orders, secure proof approval and provide best-in-class Customer Service and support
- Limited inside sales. NO Cold Calling!
- Conduct new client onboarding calls for Prophase Marketing services
- Manage incoming client cases for RepeatRewards loyalty program
- Track product for customers
- Resolve customer issues or conflicts – goal of resolving issues in one-touch or immediately escalating to expedite process
- Ideate, build, and execute quarterly marketing plan in coordination with Sales, Creative, and Social Media departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Professional attitude, enthusiastic and reliable with strong Customer Service aptitude, and a hint of sales savvy
- Strong interpersonal communication being positive, pleasant, respectful, and customer-centric
- Ability to retain detailed, important information and/or instruction
- Ability to solve complex problems in a Customer Service environment
- Best-in-Class written and oral communication
- Enthusiastic about learning and mastering new products, features, and systems
- Good organization, prioritization, and communication skills coupled with a sense of urgency and the art of persuasion
- Flexible and able to effectively cope with ambiguity or sudden changes of priorities
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
- Understanding of direct mail is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or significant related work experience
- Inside sales experience required
