Service Technician Specialist / Customer Service

Commercial Plumbing and Heating seeks a Service Technician Specialist / Customer Service Representative to join its service department in Forest Lake. This person will support the department's daily operations. The position is available immediately. Office hours are 7:00 to 3:30 PM.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities:

· Manage all incoming service requests via phone and email for Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC), and drain cleaning.

· Prepare, send, and save proposals for work as needed. (4-5 daily average)

· Input all information in Salesforce-based dispatch software.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of office experience required.

· Strong organizational. Communication and time-management skills.

· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Positive, high-energy attitude.

· Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
