Customer Service Specialist – Huntley, IL
$21-$24/hourly

We are growing and looking to add a Customer Service Specialist to our team. The Customer Service Specialist will support both our internal and external customers to deliver exceptional customer support while increasing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Responsibility to communicate with customers, estimate and enter orders, and perform a variety of additional activities to facilitate excellent customer relationships supporting sales, manufacturing and shipping operations
· Take customer orders either directly from customers or account managers
· Place orders on a timely basis for purchases of materials and supplies to be used in production
· Communicate with customers regarding issues such as order status, estimates and quotations, order changes and confirmations, as well as any complaints or questions
· Prepare quotations for new sales and repair of client's equipment
· Provide information for sales, production and accounting as needed
· Create and update reports as needed for sales personnel
· General administrative and clerical support
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· At least one year of Customer Service or purchasing experience
· Excellent Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Ability to properly prioritize activities
· Strong math and problem-solving skills
