Plumbing Company in Hollywood seeking Customer Service Specialist that can work well with others by providing general support to the front office team. Candidate will be assisting our team with dispatching; entering work orders into our field software; updating customers and completing the work order process. Requires computer data entry experience including good knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps. Answering calls and directing calls to appropriate Customer Service Specialist.
