Job Summary
Perform various administrative duties, including answering phones and giving information to the public and customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Answer multiple phone lines and routing those calls to the appropriate people or department
• Greet walk in customers and other visitors and escort them to specific destinations
• Contribute to the security of the office by helping to monitor visitors' access
• Provide general information to callers or visitors
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
• Copy, file, and maintain documents and records
• Keep the reception area clean and inviting

Personnel Management: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annually
