Position:Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Specialist at Encodle Link, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and promptly.
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs effectively.

- Proven experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using Customer Service software and tools.
- Competitive salary range: $800 - $1050 per week.
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
