Responsibilities:- In this role, you'll be responsible for initiating warm, personalized calls to prospective customers who have expressed interest in learning more about our services. Your aim will be to not just inform, but to genuinely connect with each customer, understanding their unique needs and challenges
- By actively listening and engaging with customers, you'll adeptly identify their specific requirements and offer tailored solutions to address them effectively. Your commitment to excellence in Customer Service will shine through as you provide valuable information, answer inquiries, and foster trust in our brand
- Beyond initial interactions, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing ongoing relationships with customers. This involves building, managing, and meticulously maintaining customer accounts, ensuring that their needs are consistently met and exceeded. Your dedication to follow-up will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, as you diligently check in with clients after interactions to address any concerns or gather feedback, thereby reinforcing our commitment to their success
- High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
- Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Prior work in a customer-facing position or Customer Service role is recommended
