Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Work towards swift and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our commercial bakery products and services. Stay updated on new offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments. Communicate customer feedback and insights to the production and sales teams for continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, order details, and communication history. Generate reports as needed to track customer interactions and trends.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet customer expectations and quality standards. Collaborate with the quality control team to address any quality-related concerns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within the food industry or commercial bakery sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and order processing systems.
- Knowledge of commercial bakery products and industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred.
