We are excited to announce that we are growing and adding an Administrative Coordinator. This role is an integral part of our team bridging outside sales, internal production, and Customer Service.  We are seeking an organizational and Customer Service superstar to fill this challenging role.

• Starting rate $23 per hour depending on experience with room to grow

Schedule

• Full time hours Monday-Thursday 8:30 – 5:30 P.M./ Early end time on Friday 8:30 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
• This role is 100% in office

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Support account executives with sales requests, orders, and projects
• Use project management software to manage detailed project workflow
• Maintain client records by updating account information
• Communicate with internal departments and vendors to assist with project advancement
• Create/edit purchase orders and proposals
• Review and send orders into production
• Contact clients for procedural/installation questions
• Assist in sending design proofs to clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and G Suite
• QuickBooks and Basecamp software knowledge a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent internal and external communication abilities (oral and written)
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to accurately identify and understand key elements of a problem
• Self-motivated and proactive
